In this workshop we will go over the process of forming fundamental anticlastic forms like “Hyperbolic Paraboloid Extensions” (pictured in the thumbnail), coils, helixes, and ruffles. We will touch on closed anticlasts (spiculum forming) but will mainly work with open forms. Our goal will be to push anticlastic shapes as far as we can and to be able to drastically manipulate them to create a desired effect. If you are new to anticlastic raising, it is recommended to take the Tuesday workshop.

No tools are needed but you are encouraged to bring your own favorite tools if you have them.
Lunch: We are couple of blocks from the main street so at you are welcome to bring your own lunch or grab something from downtown. We will take 30-45 min off around 12:30.
